Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch LCME Accreditation standards are ever evolving, but not so quickly that schools can't evolve with them. In as much as biomedical research is always advancing the content of medical knowledge, pedagogical science and the social contract are also advancing and evolving. Organizations can more easily and efficiently stay on course with accreditation if they recognize that what they do and how they do it can alway be improved.

The Accredit Consulting Project Methodology is based on standard Project Management Institute methods for complex projects as well as a number of methods from continuous improvement disciplines. The Accredit Consulting Project Methodology is designed to:
- insulate senior leadership from the need to develop processes or tools to complete the requirements of the LCME reporting
- support the leadership, self-study coordinator, Task Force, Subcommittees and participating students in their efforts
- provide insight and outside perspective into issues of compliance
- promote integration of accreditation standards and reporting into the operation, reporting and success measurements of the institution.
We are now taking new contracts for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 reporting years.
Site Visit Preparation and Quality Control Contracts are still being taken for the 2009-2010 reporting years.
